Take My Hand

Tale as old as time,

True as it can be,

Barely even friends,

Then somebody bends,

Unexpectedly...

Just a little change,

Small to say the least,

Both a little scared,

Neither one prepared,

For this Valentine's Day, I decided to do a throwback to two parts of The Moon Over Beacon I wrote back in 2016: This one, and this one. 
They are probably the best couple I can write: Lucian being the head of thoughts, plans, and battle, and Natalia being the hand of action and emotion. He reigns her recklessness in, and she breaks him out of his shell.

Would you believe I was planning Chapter 9 since July of 2015? 

I couldn't think of anything else to draw. I don't exactly have a valentine or do valentines things. The first thing that comes to mind for me is my OCs, so I drew this one quickly. I was going to do linework and color on the silhouettes up top but I really was tired last night, so I tried this and liked it.

Also, I miss the times when Natalia wore that dress, and when Lucian had a tail.
